Corn oil products

Extracted from the germ of the corn, the oil is mainly used for food consumption, as a frying oil or in the margarine, but also is suitable as a feedstock for the biodiesel industry.

Crude corn oil comes from the expeller pressing of the corn germs.

Corn acid oils / fatty acids is a by – product from the alkali process of the refined oil. The high linoleic content make this a valuable component in the animal feed industries, as well as use in the HVO biodiesel production.
