Olive oil products

A typical Mediterranean product coming from the pressing of the complete olives, mainly used in the food industry as cooking oil or salad dressing (crude), but also commonly used in pharmaceutical and oleo chemical applications.

Olive / pommace acid oils/ fatty acids is a by – product from the refining of the crude olive oil. The high C18/1 content makes it a very useful product for use in the oleo chemical industry as well as for biodiesel production.
